    The online store sells and delivers physical goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union legislation.


    Order Processing and Dispatch

    Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received in the seller’s bank account.

    A bank payment order, confirmation document, or screenshot of a completed transaction does not constitute grounds for dispatch.

    Orders are usually prepared for shipment within one working day. In certain cases, preparation may take up to two working days.

    Dispatch takes place on working days only.

    If an item is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed and offered appropriate options.


    Delivery within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia

    Available delivery methods:

    • Omniva parcel lockers

    • Omniva courier delivery

    Estimated delivery time after dispatch is between one and three working days.

    A tracking number is provided once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

    Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and quantity of goods ordered.


    Delivery within the European Union

    Shipments to other European Union Member States are handled through Latvijas Pasts.

    Estimated delivery time is between four and ten working days depending on the destination country.

    The list of available destination countries is displayed during the checkout process.

    Shipping costs are shown prior to payment confirmation.


    Transfer of Risk

    In accordance with Latvian consumer protection legislation, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the goods are physically received.


    Delivery Delays

    Delivery timeframes are indicative and may depend on the performance of the carrier.

    In the event of a delay, the seller will inform the customer and agree on further actions.

    If the goods are not delivered within an additional reasonable period, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract and request a refund.


    Loss or Damage in Transit

    If goods are damaged during delivery or are not delivered, the customer must notify the seller within seven calendar days from the date of receipt or the expected delivery date.

    The seller will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If loss or damage is confirmed, the goods will be re-shipped or the payment will be refunded.

    Orders may be collected by prior arrangement at:

    Monday to Friday from ten in the morning until nine in the evening
    Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from twelve noon until eight in the evening
