Terms of guarantee, return and exchange of goods in the online store Armikus.lv
The warranty certificate shall be the invoice issued electronically containing payment details. The invoice indicates the date of receipt of the goods, from which the warranty period begins. The invoice may also specify the warranty period, which the customer may review prior to purchase.
The warranty certificate is valid only if the product name, product code and date of sale are correctly indicated.
Warranty repair is provided free of charge during the warranty period.
1. Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract
1.1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No.207 “Distance Contracts”, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store.
1.2. Under Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the consumer is responsible for preserving the goods during the withdrawal period.
1.3. Retaining the original packaging is recommended.
1.4. SIA Armikus is entitled to deduct compensation if the goods are damaged, incomplete or have lost their original condition.

2. Manufacturing Defect
2.1. If the goods have a manufacturing defect, the customer may assert claims in accordance with Latvian legislation.
3. Completeness and Condition of Returned Goods
3.1. Returned goods must include all components and accessories.
3.2. The consumer may inspect goods only to the extent necessary.
3.3. Missing components or excessive use may result in proportional refund reduction.
3.4. Reduction is based on objective assessment.
4. Packaging and Preservation
4.1. Retaining original packaging is recommended.
4.2. Lack of original packaging does not remove withdrawal rights.
4.3. Damage affecting value may reduce refund.
5. Procedure for Exercising Withdrawal
5.1. Withdrawal must be notified in writing within 14 days.
5.2. Confirmation is sent by email or phone.
5.3. Return method must be agreed.
5.4. Refund issued within 14 days.
5.5. Seller may withhold refund until goods are received.
5.6. Delivery and return costs are not reimbursed.
6. Liability in Case of Use
6.1. Damage or alteration may reduce refund.
6.2. If clearly used and unsellable as new, refund may be reduced to residual value.
6.3. Withdrawal does not apply after expiry of legal period.
6.4. Withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
6.5. Withdrawal does not apply where price depends on financial market fluctuations.

6.7. Withdrawal does not apply where goods were physically inspected before purchase.
7. Storage of Paid Goods (Self-Collection)
7.1. Goods stored free for 30 days.
7.2. Additional period of at least 14 days is granted.
7.3. Reasonable storage fee may apply.
7.4. Seller may terminate contract and deduct documented costs.
7.5. Ownership does not automatically revert.
8. Failure to Collect Goods upon Delivery
8.1. Customer is notified if goods are returned.
8.2. Stored free for 20 days.
8.3. Storage fee may apply thereafter.
8.4. Seller may terminate contract and deduct actual costs.
9. Provision of Information and Consultations
9.1. The online store operates as a self-service platform.
9.2. Essential information is published on the website.
9.3. Mandatory pre-contract information is provided.
9.4. Oral consultations are not binding.
9.5. Consultations are informational only.
9.6. Seller is not liable for incorrect selection if information was ignored.
